Chocolate Cake with Decadent Icing
Ingredients (Chocolate Cake):
½ cup melted margarine
½ cup water
½ cup Redwood Creek Merlot
½ cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions (Chocolate Cake):
In medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients and pour into a greased stoneware cookie sheet. Using stoneware on the grill or smoker helps distribute the heat more evenly. Place over indirect heat and bake approximately 20-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Add icing immediately after coming off grill.

¼ cup melted margarine
3 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup milk
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions (Decadent Icing):
Mix all ingredients together. Add icing to cake while hot.
